TechKnow Global is the staffing arm of TK-TechKnow LLC. We place IT and non-IT professionals across the United States on contract, contract-to-hire and direct-hire terms.
Why we exist
Most people's experience of staffing agencies is bad in predictable ways: a recruiter who has not read the brief, twenty resumes that do not fit, a candidate who never hears back, and a rate card nobody will explain.
None of that is hard to fix. It persists because volume-driven agency models reward activity over accuracy. We built a smaller operation deliberately, so the person who takes your brief is the person who runs your search and answers the phone when you call.
What we will not do
- Send a resume we have not read and screened ourselves.
- Submit a candidate to a client without their explicit permission.
- Quote a timeline we do not believe in to win the engagement.
- Charge a job seeker anything, ever.
- Take a search we do not think we can fill.
