How we use it

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with advertising networks, and we do not run behavioural advertising from this site.

• To reply to your enquiry and provide staffing services.
• To match candidates with roles, with the candidate’s permission before any submission.
• To meet legal and regulatory obligations, including employment eligibility and tax record-keeping.
• To protect the site against spam and abuse.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only where it is necessary: with a prospective employer when a candidate has explicitly agreed to that specific submission; with service providers who host our infrastructure or send our email, under contract and only for that purpose; and where we are legally required to.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Where we use analytics, it is configured to avoid collecting personal information and is not used to build profiles of individuals.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as needed to serve the relationship and to meet record-keeping obligations. Candidate records are covered by the retention terms in our applicant privacy notice. You may ask us to delete your information at any time and we will do so unless a law requires us to keep it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Residents of California and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have specific rights, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. Security

We restrict access to personal information to those who need it, transmit it over encrypted connections, and store uploaded files in non-public locations. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat resumes and candidate data as sensitive and handle them accordingly.
