Recruitment Fraud Alert
Criminals impersonate staffing agencies to defraud job seekers, and our name may be used without our knowledge. This page explains how to verify that you are dealing with us, and what we will never ask you to do.

What we will never do
- Ask you to pay for placement, training, equipment, software or a background check.
- Ask for your bank account details, Social Security number, or copies of identity documents before you have a written offer from us.
- Make a job offer without any interview taking place.
- Conduct an entire interview over a text-based chat app while refusing a phone or video call.
- Ask you to buy equipment up front on the promise of reimbursement.
- Send you a cheque and ask you to forward part of the money on.
How to verify it is really us
- Genuine email from us comes from a techknowglobal.com address. Free-mail domains such as gmail.com, outlook.com or a look-alike domain are not us.
- Any recruiter contacting you should be willing to take a phone call.
- If in doubt, do not reply to the message. Come to this website and contact us through the contact page to confirm whether the approach is genuine.
If you think you have been targeted
Stop communicating with the sender and do not send money or documents. If you have already sent financial information, contact your bank immediately. In the United States you can report the incident to the Federal Trade Commission at reportfraud.ftc.gov and to the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center at ic3.gov.
