Applicant Privacy Notice
This notice applies to job applicants, candidates and contract workers. It sits alongside our general privacy policy and describes specifically how we handle candidate data. It is provided at or before the point of collection.

Categories of information we collect
- Identifiers: name, email address, telephone number, postal location.
- Professional and employment information: resume, work history, skills, certifications, references, and your stated compensation expectations.
- Employment eligibility information: work authorisation status, and — only for workers we actually employ — the documentation required to complete Form I-9.
- Background screening results, where a role requires screening and you have given written authorisation.
- Any information you volunteer in a free-text field.
Why we collect it
- To assess your suitability for roles and to represent you to prospective employers.
- To contact you about opportunities and about your application.
- To meet legal obligations including employment eligibility verification, tax withholding and equal-opportunity record-keeping.
- To administer payroll, benefits and workers compensation if you become our employee.
Consent before submission
We do not send your resume or details to any client without your explicit permission for that specific role, and we tell you the company name before you decide. This is a firm operating rule, not a courtesy.
Sensitive information
Do not include Social Security numbers, dates of birth, photographs, financial details or medical information in a resume or a form on this site. We do not need them at application stage and we will ask you to remove them if you send them. Where such information is legitimately required — for I-9 or payroll once you are hired — we collect it separately through a secure channel.
Automated decision-making
We do not use automated tools to reject candidates. A person reviews every submission. If that ever changes we will update this notice before it does, and disclose what the tool does.
How long we keep candidate data
We retain candidate records for as long as they are useful for placing you, and for any period a law requires. You can ask us to delete your data at any time, and we will confirm once it is done.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it. You can also withdraw from consideration at any point. Contact us through this website and we will act on the request.
