How long does it take to get candidates for an IT role?
We send a first shortlist within 72 hours for most mainstream technology roles. Niche or clearance-dependent roles take longer, and we tell you that up front rather than sending unqualified profiles to hit a deadline.
Do you place contractors on W2 or corp-to-corp?
Both. We handle W2 employment including payroll, taxes and benefits administration, and we work corp-to-corp with incorporated consultants and their vendors. 1099 arrangements are assessed case by case against worker-classification rules.
What happens if a placement does not work out?
Contract placements can be replaced without a fee. Direct-hire placements carry a replacement guarantee period agreed in writing before we start. The exact terms are in your engagement agreement, not buried in fine print.
