Equal Employment Opportunity
TechKnow Global (TK-TechKnow LLC) is an equal opportunity employer and service provider. This statement applies to our own hiring and to every placement we make on behalf of a client.

Our commitment
We recruit, screen, place, employ, train, compensate and promote without regard to race, colour, religion, creed, sex, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, ancestry, age, physical or mental disability, medical condition, genetic information, marital status, military or veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
Client requests
We will not accept or act on a client instruction that would require us to screen candidates on a protected characteristic. If a request of that kind is made, we decline it and explain why. This is not negotiable, regardless of the size of the engagement.
Reasonable accommodation
If you need a reasonable accommodation to complete an application, take part in an interview, or perform the essential functions of a role, tell us. We will work with you and, where relevant, with the client to arrange it. Asking for an accommodation will not count against you.
Fair chance hiring
Where background screening is required for a role, we conduct it in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act and applicable state and local fair-chance and ban-the-box laws. A criminal record does not automatically disqualify a candidate; any assessment is individualised and job-related.
Raising a concern
If you believe you have experienced discrimination in connection with our services, contact us through this website. We take these reports seriously and will investigate.
