Your resume never goes to a client without your explicit say-so on that specific role. Agencies that shotgun resumes burn candidates and clients alike.
You always get an answer
If we cannot help you, we tell you. Silence is the standard industry experience and it is the easiest thing to fix.
Pay discussed up front
You will know the rate or salary range before an interview, not after. We also tell you the engagement type — W2, corp-to-corp, contract length.
You never pay us
Our fees come from employers. Any recruiter asking a job seeker for money is running a scam — report it and walk away.
