For employers

Hire without the resume dump

Tell us the role, the constraints and the deadline. You get three to five screened candidates with written notes — including the reservations — usually within 72 hours.

What you get

What working with us actually looks like

A shortlist you can act on

Three to five candidates with written notes on each, including the reservations. Volume submission just moves the screening work onto you.

One point of contact

The person who takes your brief runs the search. No account manager relay, no being reassigned to whoever is free.

Compliance handled

For contract placements we are the employer of record: payroll, tax withholding, workers compensation, I-9 verification and background screening.

Honest scoping

If the brief and the budget do not match, we say so at the intake call rather than three weeks in with nothing to show.

FAQ

Questions employers ask us

What information do you need to start a search?

The role and level, whether it is contract or permanent, the location or remote policy, your budget range, the must-have skills, and who the candidate will report to. If you have a job description we will work from it; if you do not, the intake call produces one.

Do you work on exclusive or contingent terms?

Both. Contingent means no fee unless you hire, which suits most roles. Exclusive engagements get priority and a lower fee, and make sense on hard searches where multiple agencies would just create noise and duplicate submissions.

How do you handle co-employment risk?

For contract placements TechKnow Global is the legal employer and handles payroll, taxes, workers compensation and I-9. You direct day-to-day work. We document the boundary in the engagement agreement, because joint-employer exposure comes from blurred lines, not from the arrangement itself.

Can you provide a certificate of insurance?

Yes — tell us your required coverage limits at the intake call and we confirm the certificate, naming your organisation, before anyone starts on site. Raising it early matters: binding cover to a client’s specific limits is one of the things that delays a start date if it is left to the last week.

What are your payment terms?

Net 30 from invoice date as standard, invoiced weekly for contract placements against approved timesheets, and on start date for direct hire. Alternative terms are negotiable for larger engagements.

Do you sign our MSA and vendor paperwork?

Yes. We will work through your MSA, vendor onboarding and VMS requirements. Send it early — vendor onboarding is usually the slowest part of a first engagement, not the recruiting.

Ready to brief us on a role?

Thirty minutes on a call is usually enough to know whether we can help.
