For employers
How the process works
Four steps, no black box. You always know what stage the search is at and who is doing what.
The process
Brief to onboarded, in four steps
Intake call
Thirty minutes on the role, the team, the must-haves and the deal-breakers. We agree rates, timeline and the replacement terms here — in writing, before any work starts.
Sourcing & screening
We source against the real requirement, screen by phone, and verify credentials with the issuing body rather than trusting the resume.
Shortlist & interviews
A small shortlist with written notes. We coordinate scheduling, collect structured feedback and keep candidates warm between rounds.
Offer & onboarding
We manage the offer conversation, handle counter-offers, and run payroll, I-9, background checks and compliance for contract placements.
Timelines
What is realistic
We would rather lose an engagement than win it on a number we cannot hit.
| Role type | First shortlist | Typical time to start |
|---|---|---|
| Mainstream IT (React, Java, .NET, QA) | 72 hours | 2–4 weeks |
| Finance & accounting | 72 hours | 2–4 weeks |
| Light industrial / warehouse | 3–5 days | 1 week |
| Specialist engineering (controls, quality) | 1–2 weeks | 4–8 weeks |
| Niche or clearance-dependent | Case by case | 6–12 weeks |
Vendor onboarding and MSA review are usually the slowest part of a first engagement — not the recruiting. Send paperwork early.
